PreSonus stands behind the quality of our professional audio equipment and offers a 30-day return window for items in original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Log into your MyPreSonus account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the product in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with the RMA number clearly labeled.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix your prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and deactivate any bundled software licenses, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
